I had a thought as I scrolled through Notes here on Substack.1 A lot of people are grumbling because Substack has introduced ‘reels’ aka short video content a la TikTok etc. I actually hadn’t noticed since I don’t use the app, but only log in through my browser. The browser feed is blessedly simple for the time being.2
