I love the stories about the saints and your daughter . . . and your flower-crowned dog just made my day! Kristin has such lovely articles and resources too. Saving for later!

This seems like it would also cross over nicely with K.C. Ireton's book _The Circle of Seasons: Meeting God in the Church Year_! :) (She's also on Substack at kcireton.substack.com.)

Aligning your posture towards God, your neighbour and your landscape. Brilliant quote which sums it all up. I have been sharing this podcast and both of your Substacks on Discord with some other women who I am in Sarah Clarkson's Book Group Fellowship with. Just so interesting, thank you.

Hello Katie, I am here from Kristin's Substack and I live in Australia and am Catholic also. It is May 1st here already and my Mary cross/icon has a vase with some delicate pink and white camellias and lavender next to it. I am the only practicing Christian in my home but our granddaughter Iris comes to church with me and sees me reading my Bible and devotional each day. She also likes 'my beads' and like your daughter, loves the story of The Red Cross Knight and the dragon. I bought her a solid figurine of it and it is on her bedside table, she loves it that much! I am named after St. Catherine of Siena and I completely forgot her Feast Day due to a mini crisis in the house. I went to a little book of prayers for some guidance and opened it up...my bookmark was her Feast Day card, and it was the 29th April!!! Yes, this did happen to me too. I would enjoy reading your thesis a lot, I am sure. It is lovely to be here and to share the normal way that life and faith works. One day at a time and I am sure it was the same for the Saints.

We do! Sarah Clarkson recently interviewed/chatted with K.C.Ireton on her Patreon and she very kindly responded to some questions I had about the liturgical year/using books such as hers with a Northern Hemisphere perspective. I can see that her book would be a good one to chat about in this space.

Dear Kristin, I too have followed the lives of the Saints, learning as a child and still, daily, invoking their intercessions.

This began, long ago, on the west side of Chicago, at Washington and Austin Boulevards, in St. Catherine of Siena Parish school! Thank you for your thoughtful, cogent notes and pleasant photos. hansen

I love hearing about the saints tugging people in/the way they intercede for us. I can get so overwhelmed, even as a lifelong Catholic, at the thought of doing liturgical living/getting it right, so this was a helpful bit of encouragement to start somewhere and trust that little things can have great impacts!
